LOSING WEIGHT AND FEELING GREAT

"All is well. I have lost 14 pounds(!!!!) , I feel great, look great and I am sleeping better than I ever have in my life. It is unbelieveable -- it's literally a dream come true. I had promised myself an expensive haircut when I got "into shape." It's a great motivator, you know. I awarded myself the haircut last week, early, and find that it is a great motivator still. Looking that little bit better helps. Strange and wonderful how every little bit helps.

REGAINING MOTIVATION AND FEELING BETTER

"Hello Paul,

So far, things are going pretty well. I am following your recommendations re: diet as closely as I can. And I am taking an all-in-one vitamin/mineral supplement as well as using a protein based meal supplement for breakfast every morning. This works out well for me, because I usually don't eat breakfast. And I am now at about 195 lbs (which is down about 10 lbs). I feel better and I feel much more motivated.

DIET AND TRAINING IMPROVES CONDITION

"Paul,

I began the program Thursday mid-day. Since then my blood glucose has normalized and I have all but stopped my Insulin due to improved control. The last 3 days I've seen the lowest glucose measurements I 've had for 6 years, and I feel great. I am a Type II Diabetic, which means if I can control my sugar with diet and exercise I can stop Insulin. Insulin injectons make you ravenously hungry. I am exceedingly pleased.
