Use a straight
barbell standing with your hands at about waist width.
Starting position- while standing, grip the barbell with
hands about waist width apart and even.
Movement- lift the weight straight up to your chin with your
elbows out to the side. Keep the weight as close to your body
as possible. Feel the weight being lifted with your shoulders.
Lower the weight slowly with a controlled motion.
