Q. Can you give us some background about yourself?
A. My name is Ben Williams and I'm a co owner of The Ultimate Ab Workout Blueprint. During my time as a co owner I have been concentrating on SEO for our site. Our core value is to help as many people as possible reach their goals in Fitness and Health. There is nothing more pleasing than to see him and/or her finally reach their Fitness Goal, but not only accomplish their goal, but also do it in a timely manner. We want our readers to stick with staying in shape and living a healthier life.
Q. What got you started in fitness?
A. Personally, I always loved to workout at a young age. The feeling I got when working my abs, chest, biceps was like no other. I started working out when I was 16, and once I started it was something I loved (gym rat). There is nothing better than having that nice tight feeling after doing a good workout. Not only does it boast your self-confidence, but also it allows you to live a better healthier life.
Q. What are your favorite and least favorite exercises?
A. My favorite is Bench Press. I love the decline and also the incline. Normally I like to do 3 sets of 12 for all three different benches. My least favorite growing up was ab workouts. (smile) And that is what lead me to co creating The Ultimate Ab Workout Blueprint. When I was young, working my abs was always uncomfortable for me. So I knew right then and there I/we had to find the best and most comfortable way to get the abs people wanted without the uncomfortable feeling.
Q. Where do you stand on the use of steroids?
A. I see no need to indulge in drug use. If you workout correctly and eat healthier than those results are going to be outstanding. Drugs can decrease one's health - not increase it.
Q. What are your future goals?
A. My future goal is to help numerous amounts of people reach their Fitness and Health goals.
Q. What is the toughest part about fitness for you?
A. Sticking with it, a lot of times when you get older between work and the family it's hard to dedicate 2 hours a day or every other day to working out. But my family supports my passion for staying in shape and have been wonderful and understanding when it comes to me wanting to dedicate time in the gym.
