Muscle Milk Recipes


Here are some great Muscle Milk recipes - try them out for yourself!


Pumpkin Muscle Milk Shake

1/2 cup canned pumpkin
2 scoops Muscle Milk
2 cups soy milk
Cinnamon and nutmeg to taste
Ice

Mix together all ingredients in blender until ice is broken up and texture is smooth. 2 servings

Fat: 10.5 g
Carbs: 25.9 g
Protein: 22.9 g


Muscle Milk Protein Pancakes

6 egg whites
1/2 cup uncooked oatmeal
1 scoop of Muscle Milk, vanilla flavor

Mix all ingredients. Spray a hot skillet with cooking spray and cook until top side starts to bubble. Flip and cook a minute or two. Makes two pancakes.

Optional: Top with sugar free syrup and sliced bananas

Protein: 39 g


Muscle Milk Smoothie

1 cup skim milk
1 cup orange juice
Large banana
2 scoops vanilla Muscle Milk
1 tbs. flax seed oil
Ice

Mix together all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.

Calories: 556
Fat: 16 g
Carbs: 52 g
Protein: 51 g
