How do I stay sexy and fit?
By shaping my body through lifting weights, doing a cardiovascualr exercise regularly and eating healthy. I train with weight 3 to 4 days a week, usually each day in a row then I take 3 days off. Everytime I hit the gym I do a different group of weight exercises for different muscle groups. In other words, I never do the same routine week after week. I get bored easily and so do my muscles so I try to keep it busy. Here are some basic exercises for each muscle group that I do and remember, I do repetitions to failure at 8 and sets of 4.
