The biggest superstition when it comes to the topic of building muscle is the myth of the hardgainer. "Hardgainers," we understand to be people who supposedly have such poor predispositions toward building muscles that they practically don't gain weight.
If someone has tried to tell you that you are a hardgainer, whether in real life, or in some books or magazines, then take thas thought, pack it into a snowball labeled "hardgainer," and throw it out the window.
BECAUSE,
THERE ARE NO HARDGAINERS!
THERE HAVE NEVER BEEN ANY HARDGAINERS!
AND THERE WILL NEVER BE ANY HARDGAINERS!
If you groan a little, inside, and want to shout: "Wait, I'm the best proof of the fact that hardgainers exist!" then the rest of this article will seriously knock you off your feet, and teach you knowledge that will have you sleepless, for days.
So if you are the kind of person who doesn't want to make any changes or leave anything behind, then stop reading here.
But if there's only a sparkle of a real man within you, who faces up to facts instead of running away from everything, then today will be an important day, which you should mark red on your calender.
I know what I'm talking about because I also experienced one specific day which changed everything.
On this particular day, while I searched for the solution to building muscles without doping, and made my first crucial progress, the following insight hit me like a flash:
There are quite basic physical laws which are valid ALWAYS and EVERYWHERE . It doesn't matter what you do.
The crazy thing was, compared to what I had thought before, my muscles grew more and more.
My thought was that it would become more difficult to gain just one more gramm of muscle mass.
But exactly the opposite was true.
For me it was substantially more difficultly to climb up from 85kilos to 89 kilos instead of taking the step from 89 kilos to 102 kilos.
Of course this does not go on indefinitely, because it becomes uncomfortable for the body to carry so much muscle mass, but the point is:
TO BUILD UP MUSCLES, ONE FIRST MUST HAVE MUSCLES!
THE MORE MUSCLES ONE HAS, THE QUICKER ONE BUILDS MUSCLES!
Crazy?
No - it's a physical law of the builing process.
That's why, particularly at the beginning, when you have very little muscle mass, you should take small steps, and make the right decisions in order to quickly build a foundation, in terms of muscle mass.
The best way is to acquire the proper knowledge, for now.
I give you this knowledge, because I give you universal physical laws, in the form of tests, to form an optimum training.
Just by reading this, your eyes will be opened, and it will help you to quickly and simply make the correct decisions.
And now, back to the term "hardgainer."
No -- there are no hardgainers!
I have experienced it, again and again:
As soon as people who call themselves hardgainers have built a certain foundation of muscle mass, they gain muscles at the same level as anybody else.
There are just people who don't have enough muscle mass yet to boost their mass quickly.
So if you have counted yourself among the hardgainers, or if you have problems building muscle mass, I suggest you make a decision right now that will change your life forever, and visit: X-Size Bodybuilding Software
