Chocolate Cheesecake Smoothie
1 Cup fat free cottage cheese
2 Tbsp fat free sugar free chocolate instant jello pudding
1 tsp Cocoa
6 Ice cubes
12 oz. fat free milk
Mix all in a blender until smooth. Drink up - it's delicious!
Protein & Wheat Snack
1 Scoop vanilla protein powder
2 Tbsp Cream of Wheat
2 Tbsp Wheat Bran
1 1/2 Cups cold water
1 packet of Splenda
Mix all of the dry ingredients together. Add cold water and stir until no lumps remain. Cook on stove, stirring often. Be sure to stir often, so that it doesn't get a solid or lumpy texture.
Cook until boiling and stir again. Repeat this process until it begins to thicken - then it is done. Add cinnamon or vanilla extract to taste.
