Bodybuilding Lunch


Lunch for Bodybuilders

Lunch for bodybuilders doesn't have to be dull or tastless - check out some of the bodybuilding lunches!


Tuna with Cold Pasta Bodybuilder Lunch

1 Cup elbow macaroni, cooked
2 oz. light tuna, packed in water and drained
2 Tbsp Lite Mayo (Spectrum Canola is good)
1 Cup romaine lettuce
1 small green pepper
1 tomato
1 medium carrot

This one is simple. Chop green pepper, tomato and carrots. Just mix all of the ingredients and toss it in the fridge.


Pack a Variety Lunch

3 oz. turkey breast
2 slices whole grain bread
Mustard or fat-free mayo
1 orange
2 hard boiled eggs

Put together a great sandwich! Add tomato, lettuce, green peppers or other veggies you like.


Tuna Patties Bodybuilders Lunch

1 Can tuna
1 onion
1 Tbsp salt
1 1/2 tsp pepper
1 1/2 tsp parsley
3 medium potatoes, boiled and mashed
1 Tbsp butter

Combine tuna, potatoes, onions, salt, pepper and parsley. Form in to patties and fry in butter until brown and heated on both sides. Serve with broccoli, green beans or salad.
